  • Insufficient gas: add native BNB to the sending wallet. ASTER and WBNB balances do not pay BNB Smart Chain gas directly.
  • Quote expired or no route: request a fresh quote, check the minimum, or try another supported output asset.
  • Transaction pending: check its hash before submitting another transfer. Confirmed on-chain deposits can still be awaiting order processing.
  • Token not visible: select the receiving chain and add the correct token contract to your wallet. A matching ticker alone is not enough.
